This place was absolutely amazing! The location was super central with shops and pubs just a short walk away. And the best part? It was so quiet, you'd never know you were in the heart of the city! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was a lifesaver for me and my arthritis. And talk about value for money - this place was a steal! The owner, Claire, really went above and beyond with a fantastic welcome pack and fresh flowers. The cottage itself was cozy and beautifully furnished, with skylights that made it feel bright and airy. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to go back!

A cosy haven in a charming town. Close to the market, the cottage was convenient to the town centre and sites such as the castle. The skylights illuminating the stairs and the bathroom gave an airy feel to the hotel. The cottage itself was lovely and cosy, with all the necessary amenities. The welcome pack provided by the owner was excellent, and the fresh flowers on the kitchen table added a nice touch. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this charming cottage.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at a charming cottage in a convenient location. the owners of the cottage provided a thoughtful welcome pack with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, milk, and even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. the cottage itself was cozy and clean, with beautiful fresh flowers adding a lovely touch. the central location of the cottage made it easy for me to access the market and other amenities in town, which was a real time-saver.
despite the convenient location, I found the cottage to be slightly noisy, which made it difficult for me to relax and concentrate on my work. while the cottage had its positive aspects, these negatives did impact my overall experience during my business trip.

The cottage had everything we needed and more - it was like a home away from home. The owner really knows how to make you feel welcome, with flowers, fizz, and even Christmas decorations! The beds were super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a fun-filled day exploring Clitheroe. And the location was on point - right in the heart of town, but surprisingly quiet. We can't wait to come back and explore the surrounding area next time!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene for us young party-goers. While there were plenty of cozy pubs and eateries, we were craving a cool club or live music venue to dance the night away.

The cottage was like a home away from home, with a cozy and charming atmosphere. The owners provided a warm welcome with a thoughtful welcome pack, including tea, coffee, biscuits, and even a bottle of prosecco. The cottage was extremely clean, with fresh flowers in every room, adding a touch of beauty. It was conveniently located, very close to the town center and market, making it easy to explore the area. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, which was a relief for my arthritis. excellent value for money and a place I would highly recommend.
While there was nothing major to complain about, it would have been nice to have a dedicated area for drying clothes, especially after a wet walk. Additionally, if the weather was good, there wasn't a pleasant outdoor sitting area immediately outside the cottage.
